However, many of us do not know how precisely we can boost our calcium levels, when in truth there are a number of ways to boost it naturally, which Your Body, Your Temple will reveal in the following series of posts.</p>
<p>First of all, you can get more calcium just by eating the right foods &#8212; the majority of them absolutely delicious!  For instance, anything dairy is good for you &#8212; provided you eat healthy amounts, of course.</p>
<p>Primarily, a lot of people neglect drinking as much milk as they should.  At least trying to drink a glass of milk a day, even if it is chocolate milk, can substantially help you.</p>
<p>Remember elementary school, students were given milk at breakfast, at lunch, and for a snack.  Sure, kids need it to grow &#8212; but we adults also need milk, to keep our bones strong.</p>
