Remember that your body is different from your sister’s body or from the Hollywood stars you see on television. You have your height and weight ration plus other factors that you need to check to see if you are fit. It will be best to consult a professional so you will be properly guided with your decision.

Weight You Need Not Lose

All of us cannot really maintain a certain weight for a long period of time. There will be instances when teens have growth spurts or when adults start to have slow metabolism. Your doctor can explain to you what your muscle to fat ratio is.

There may even be times when you go to the gym but you are gaining more weight when you check it on the scales. This may be perfectly normal since you are developing your muscles during workout while burning those unwanted fats.

If you are not as skinny as your favorite actress, it is not the end of the world. Their exercise routines may involve personal trainers constantly pushing them to achieve those figures. You have to know what your normal weight range is. If you are within those borders, maybe you do not need to diet.

Peer Pressure or Social Ideas

When you hear a bad comment about your appearance thrown your way, remember how you should see and respect yourself. It starts there. Respect yourself and you will exude the confidence you need so others will respect you.

Dieting is not always the answer to slight movements of the weighing scale.
