Chakra Balancing: What Is It?

Chakra BalancingFor those of you that have no idea what a Chakra is (believe me, I had to look it up to figure out exactly what they were before I started writing about them!).  Chakras are very important for your overall health and you actually have them from the head all the way to the root of the spine.  There are seven different chakras in your body, they are dubbed: root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, brow chakra and crown chakra.

Every chakra that is in your body is an entry gate for air and they are responsible for your mental, spiritual and physical functions.  Balancing your chakras is something that should be done often.  Of you chakras are not balanced, you will feel less energy and you can actually become very faint.  You will also experience a lot more emotional problems as well as sickness.

There are many ways to balance your chakras out, however, you want to make sure that you have a professional do it for you, as you want to be careful with this type of thing.
